TERMS OF SERVICE AND END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (“EULA”)

By using Spyric Services, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement and you agree to these terms and conditions.
1. OWNERSHIP AND LICENSE
Spyric retains all title, copyright and proprietary rights in, and ownership of, all of its products and services. Subject to these Terms, Spyric grants you a non-exclusive, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use Spyric Services for your personal, non-commercial use.
You are not allowed to modify, alter, reverse-engineer, create derivate products or services, duplicate, resell or otherwise exploit any Spyric Services, in whole or in part, for any purpose without Spyric’s express written consent.
2. USING SPYRIC SERVICES
In order to use Spyric Services, you must either be at least 18 years of age, or have reached the age of majority if it is not 18 years of age where you live, or you have reviewed these Terms with your parent or guardian and he or she consents to these Terms on your behalf and assumes full responsibility for your compliance with them. If you are under the age of 13, you need to have a permission from your parent or guardian in order to use Spyric Services. If you do not have permission from your parent or guardian to use Spyric Services, then do not use Spyric Services.
3. VIRTUAL ASSETS
Spyric Services may contain virtual in-game currencies, goods or items (together “Virtual Assets”). Virtual Assets do not have monetary value and may not be redeemed for legal currency or items outside of Spyric Services.
You agree that all sales of Virtual Assets are final and may not be transferred or resold in any manner. Refunds may only be given at the sole discretion of Spyric. Spyric is not liable hacking or loss of your Virtual Assets. Spyric reserves the right to change or limit the price or availability of Virtual Assets in its sole discretion and without prior notification.

5. USER GENERATED CONTENT
Some Spyric Services may contain features that allow for users to create additional to content, such as levels into Spyric Service (“User Generated Content”). You consent that Spyric does not need to compensate you for any User Generated Content and You acknowledge that Spyric can freely use, develop, commercialise, amend and assign all rights to any User Generated Content.
7. THE END OF THE WORLD
In the event of the end of the world from events such as, but not limited to zombie apocalypse, nuclear war, robot or AI uprising, alien invasion, giant asteroid hitting the Earth, or excessive global warming that results in 1995 movie Waterworld with Kevin Costner to become reality, you agree that things could be worse. You also acknowledge that end of the world does not have to mean the end of civilization and proper manners and you promise not to rob, eat, enslave, speak Swedish or in any way cause harm to those affiliated with Spyric.
8. CANCELLATION OF SPYRIC SERVICES
Spyric has the right to cancel or stop supporting any of Spyric Services without prior notification or agreement. You acknowledge that cancelling a game means it will no longer be available for download via third party sites like Apple iTunes or Google Play and that any of its processes that require an Internet connection may be disabled or limited. Stopping to support a game means it will not receive future updates and the game’s development ceases. You consent that Spyric cancelling any Spyric Services, e.g. games, does not entitle you to a refund. Spyric may bring back any Spyric Service or resume supporting them at its sole discretion.
9. SUGGESTIONS AND FEEDBACK
Spyric does not accept unsolicited feedback, suggestions, ideas or other information regarding Spyric Services or other aspects of its business. If you provide Spyric with any such information, you agree that Spyric does not need to compensate you for the ideas or keep them confidential, and that Spyric can freely use, develop, commercialise, amend and assign all rights to such ideas.
Furthermore, Spyric suggests that if you have urge to provide someone with feedback, solicited or unsolicited, suggestions, ideas or other information regarding anything, you should call your mother and tell her about it. You agree that you should probably call her more often anyway, but you do not consent to doing so because of some reason that you need to personally come up with and that Spyric will not be liable for it.
